Dorothy Eady (Omm Sety), a British woman, claimed to be the reincarnation of Bentreshyt, an ancient Egyptian priestess who was the secret lover of Pharaoh Seti I. After a childhood fall, Eady gained encyclopedic knowledge of Egypt and, later in life, moved to Abydos to work as an Egyptologist at Seti I's temple, where she made accurate discoveries based on her "memories."
